What you need to know about us:We’re a very small Video Pre & Post Production House operating out of Denver, Colorado. We’ve been in business in various iterations for the past 6 years or so. In the last year we’ve enjoyed great success through the realization of an increased client base, increased billing, hiring of incremental employees, longer hours, and the purchase of a hot new office space. We’re knocking on the door of the next phase in our business life cycle and therefore it’s time for us to bring a qualified sales professional onto the team. A successful sales person, in conjunction with the rest of our team, has the potential to drive our business right into the spotlight that we envision for it.
What we need from you:We’re willing to negotiate on compensation – be it commission, salary, or a stake in the company itself. As long as everyone wins and our business doesn’t suffer. Ultimately – we’d love to find an experienced sales professional who could join the team armed with a pre-existing list of potential clients. This is not mandatory, however, as long as you can pony up without it. We’re looking for someone who will treat our business as if it were his or her own baby. Someone who will take the time to learn and understand what we do and who will also understand and be able to sell the value of our company above our competitors. You will, of course, need to play well with others, be ultra-motivated, and be willing to put your heart and soul into this. You’ll need to understand the nuances of each of our target markets and be able to work with our Marketing and Business Growth Director to refine an appropriate approach to each segment. You’ll need to be flexible – in your hours, your dress and your sales style. We are no ordinary Video Production House, and we need you to be no ordinary Sales Professional.
